"Our company has a long history and our establishment dates back to 1907 when my great-grandfather Seisaburo Hiraoka started "Hiraoka textile" in Oume city, Tokyo which manufactures textile products called Oume bedding textiles using Toyota automatic loom."
I am grateful and feel proud that our company has survived until now and keeps making history of more than 100 years by overcoming various economic crises and the Pacific War with the efforts and the passions of all our employees including the founder.

In 1972, due to the structural recession of cotton industry, we have changed our company name to “HIRAOKA SANGYO Co., Ltd.” and shifted our business to machining of high-precision metal turned parts using automatic turning machines , which is the foundation of our current business.

Later, we have decided to take a lead as an automatic turning company in establishing companies in "emerging Asian countries" . It is when small to medium sized companies have just begun starting their businesses in Asia, we sought opportunities in a new land with complete mental preparation and big dreams.

In 1995, we established a company “E&H Precision (Thailand) Co., Ltd” in Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate as a high-precise metal turned parts processing company. Later in 2010, we have established E&H Precision India Pvt. Ltd. in Neemrana Industrial Park, Rajasthan India.
In 2009, our production has aggregated to one production location in Asia, and we have positively pursued localization of people, goods and capital by continuing 5S activities and improving activities.

Fortunately, now we have grown so much that we can gain trusts from customers with our brand name "E&H" and we made our dream of doing our business in the center of "boiling Asia" come true.

Our motto is to be a company that can make humble efforts to contribute to customers, while creating our own high added values utilizing our advantages such as the number of machines and comprehensive strength of QCD we have as "one of the first local manufacturer in the area". We try to achieve this contribution by implement direct visits to customers who have businesses in Asia and ask them for their requests from the point of view of a complete "Japanese" machine processing company.

Also, we encourage our members to improve their characters to be relied on by their families, and bring up responsible human resources who are able to contribute to regional communities through working with us. We think this can be realized through daily activities such as when both local staffs and Japanese staffs try to improve themselves by learning from each other sharing the same happiness of manufacturing.

21st century is the century of "Emerging Asia". We want to settle down in this market as a "Japanese" machine processing company and try to tackle various problems, and keep making efforts to find new growth factor. Keeping that in mind, we will advance our business into the future while aiming at being a company that can contribute to Japan and Asian countries as the company keeps growing.
